Day 1 (July 4th)

Day 1 – I weigh 205 pounds. My goal is to lose 20% of that in 11 months. So that is 41 pounds in 44 weeks so a pound a week is my goal. I also did my BMI (Body Mass Index) and over 30 is obese (YIKES) and mine is 33 so I will lower that as well. My waist to hip ratio is .87 which is good but it is because my ass is sooo wide but I was glad to have one number that fell in the healthy range.

Yesterday I consumed about 1000 calories and I know that is not enough but I was just trying to ready my body for what is to come. I also did the Monday work out from the Abs book. I am going over to my brother’s house today for the fourth and my goal is to swim in their pool and not consume any white flour or sugar — will let you know.

Again, thanks so much for indulging me in this effort. I think this is really going to help.

Happy Fourth,
Wanda
