Day 3 (July 6th)


Things are going along fairly easily this week. I think it is because I am quite motivated and excited. But I’m trying to think ahead. I go to NYC/Tarrytown on Sunday and come home on Wed and that is going to be a challenge. It is always much harder for me when I’m among folks and there is a lot of eating out and hotel food sooo I’m trying to plan for that if only psychologically.
So I will be weighing on Sunday morning rather than Monday and I will email you my progress before I leave for the airport on Sunday. It’s kind of cool to only be expecting one pound a week because this first week, I will probably lose more than that. I have stayed within my calorie count all three days. I even went to Sonic.com and looked at the Nutrition Info and had a Jr. Banana split last night with only 225 calories!! I also was successful at my brother’s house. I played in the pool with my nieces and nephew for over an hour and I left when the dessert came out.
I did my workouts on Mon & Wed and today I hope to get in thirty minutes of walking. Again, I appreciate your letting me indulge this way but it really does help me stay on track because I know I am going to have to tell yall. Maybe I should start a blog on the siba site called Wanda’s Life on the D(iet) List :)
